Richard Wiles serves as Senior Director of Leasing for Branch Properties. He and his team are responsible for leasing of new grocery anchored developments throughout the Southeast. Additionally, he is responsible for maintaining a high level of occupancy in properties currently managed by Branch through the negotiation of new deals and renewals. Richard has been with Branch’s leasing team since 2015, joining after he graduated from Auburn University with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
